History of Ethiopian Magazines Dawit Alemu eliasww@gmail.com Introduction Ethiopian magazines had a short age history, because of not established printing enterprise like Birhanena Selam huge printing press and also lately introduce other publishing technology. Under this title we are trying to over view the recent three regimes, which is the Imperial, The Derg and the EPRDF regimes respectively.  From 1901- 1974, imperial regime include the Pre, During and Post occupation period, it is the founder of magazines history in our country. Their main goals were to serves as the monarchial system. The Revolutionary regime between 1974-1991 were the second period it shows some progress in print media and mainly focused on socialist ideology. The third and the  most recent period from 1991 till now, which is the EPDRF regime , it shows somehow niche market to compare and contrast with the past two period and facing many challenges in terms of economically...

ሻቃ በቀለ ወያ

« አላስኬድም አለኝ ጣሊያን በመንገዱ   ያ ሻቃ በቀለ ና ወንዱ ና ወንዱ፡፡ ´´ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በየዘመናቱ ጀግኖች ይፈጠራሉ፤ለሃገራቸውም አቅማቸው የፈቀደውን ሁሉ ሲሰሩ ማየት የተለመደ ነው፡፡ከየትኞቹም ጀግኖች በላይ ግን የአርበኞች ትግልና ውጤት ጎልቶ ይታያል፡፡ምክንያቱም ደግሞ አርበኞች ህይወታቸውን ሰውተው ባይታገሉና ከአረመኔው የፋሽስት ጦር ባይከላከሉ ኖሮ ከነሱ ወዲያ የመጡት ሀገር ወዳድ ጀግኖች ባልተፈጠሩ፤ቢፈጠሩም ባልጀገኑ ነበር፡፡ለሀገራቸው ነፃነት ለህይወታቸው ሳይሳሱ በፍፁም ጀግንነት ከታገሉ የምንጊዜም ጀግኖች አርበኞቻችን መካከል የደጃዝማች በቀለ ወያን ታሪክ እንዲህ ልናስቃኛችሁ ወደድን፡፡  በደቡብ ሸዋ ሶዶ ውስጥ ልዩ መጠሪያው ጎጌቲ ሲብስቶ በሚባል መንደር የሚኖሩት አቶ ወያ ኦብሴና ወይዘሮ ብርቄ ጂሎ ጎዳና ነሀሴ 21 ቀን 1902 ዓ.ም የአብራካቸውን ክፋይ አገኙ፡፡ስሙንም በቀለ ብለው ሰየሙ፡፡በቀለ ካደጉ በኋላ አማርኛን መማር እንዳለባቸው ያመኑት ቤተሰቦቻቸው መምህር ተቀጥሮላቸው ቤታቸው ውስጥ አማርኛን ተምረው ለማጠናቀቅ በቁ፡፡እድሜያቸው 16 ሲሆንም ቤተሰብ በቀለ ወደ አዲስ አበባ ሄደው ከአጎታቸው ደጃዝማች ገብረማሪያም ጋሪ ጋር እንዲኖሩ ወሰኑ፡፡ወደ አዲስ አበባም ሄደው የደጃዝማች ገብረማሪያምን ቀልብ በስነ-ስርዓት አክባሪነት፤በቅንነትና ጨዋነት፤በእርጋታቸው ና በአስተውሎ መተግበራቸው ለመሳብ ጊዜ አልፈጀባቸውም፡፡ ደጃዝማች በቀለ ወያ የመጀመሪያ ማዕረጋቸው ‹‹ሻቃ››የሚል ሲሆን ያገኙትም አጎታቸው ደጃዝማች ገብረማሪያም የሀረርጌ ጠቅላይ ግዛት እንደራሴ በነበሩበት ጊዜ ነው፡፡ማዕረጉም በረዳትነትና የውትድርናና የአስተዳደር ስራ እንዲሰሩ አድርጓቸዋል፡፡አጎታቸው በተሾሙበት የስልጣን እርከን ስር ሁሉ የሚሰሩት ሻቃ በቀለ...
